1Service Description

Clara ("we," "us," or "our") provides a daily call service for elderly individuals ("Seniors"). Our service consists of automated phone calls to Seniors and email summaries to the account owner.

2Eligibility

To use Clara, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to arrange services for the Senior you are registering. You represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from the Senior before enrolling them in our service.

3Senior Consent

Calls to Seniors will not begin until the Senior has provided their consent through our designated consent process. Seniors may withdraw their consent at any time by telling Clara during a call or by contacting us directly.

4Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is immediate — calls stop right away and a prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of your billing period.

5Service Limitations

Important

Clara is not a medical service, emergency response system, or substitute for professional care. Clara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In case of emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.

6Data and Privacy

Your use of Clara is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We retain call summaries while your account is active. Transcripts and recordings are deleted after 14 days. After cancellation, all data is deleted within 30 days.

7Limitation of Liability

Clara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
