Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information.

Senior Information

For each Senior you register, we collect their name, phone number, timezone, preferred call times, and any conversation preferences you provide.

Call Data

During calls, we collect audio for real-time processing. We generate transcripts and summaries from this audio. Transcripts and recordings are automatically deleted from our systems after 14 days. Summaries are retained while your account is active. Email notifications containing call summaries are retained while your account is active.

To provide our service, call audio and transcripts are processed by our AI service providers (see Service Providers below). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and do not use your data to train AI models. Providers may retain processed data for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring, after which it is automatically deleted.

Consent Records

When a Senior consents to receive calls, we store the consent evidence (voice recording or button-tap record, IP address, and timestamp) indefinitely as proof of consent for legal compliance.

We only share information with service providers who help us operate (see below), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
